The location of the property was perfect and marvellous, nice to stroll in the more or evenings by the river.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Ideal & gorgeous hotel, absolutely perfect location in the Hunan restaurant, attentive staff. Location close enough to the outlet on the desk, an unknown museum and theater. New-fashioned & big size room, with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table. Good service throughout stay. Late check-out.

I loved this place - the room was so sleek and the staff were really polite. 🌟 the breakfast I got was amazing, they had a good mix of fruits and fresh meat and it was super tasty.

The location by the river was perfect for nice evening strolls on the beautiful pathway. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with both Western and Chinese options.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The suite we were upgraded to was really good. The bed, bathroom, and amenities were all great. We also enjoyed the fine view of the river from our room. The private breakfast lounge on the highest floors was a great perk. It offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the service was excellent. The spa and pool facilities were also fantastic. The staff at the concierge desk were very helpful in providing us with information about theater options and attractions in the city. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the buffet. Despite arriving late, the staff accommodated us and ensured that we had a delicious and satisfying dinner.

the rooms were really clean and the view from the room was amazing. the hotel was in a great location, it was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning. the staff was friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed.

Although the hotel was great, the pool was a bit small and crowded. the elevators were a bit slow during the busiest times of the day.

The gym could benefit from stricter enforcement of rules, as some patrons have been seen not adhering to appropriate attire.

The hotel had a great view of the rivers and it was situated in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

The service in the restaurant was subpar; the staff was inexperienced and unaware of basic requests for meals.

I enjoyed the leisure/TV room which was a great place to unwind in the evening. the Restaurant served exquisite cuisine, and in, room breakfast was a pleasant surprise. the private facilities in my room made me feel special. the garden area was also a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery. the hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the area.

Minor Issue the only minor issue was some difficulty with the check, in process. the reception desk seemed understaffed and the procedures took longer than expected.
